I hired Moonrise Media and Will to provide live streaming services for a hybrid conference (with speakers from the USA, India and elsewhere in the UK) we organised in May 2024. Will was very clear in terms of gathering our needs and asking for what he needed from various teams within our organisation to deliver what he needed. It was a huge undertaking, especially as I requested additional services at short notice, Will was responsive and accommodating. There were some technical challenges on the day affecting the live stream, problems with Wi-Fi, among other things that were beyond anyone's control. Will did his best to respond and managed to solve the issues in a timely fashion. It was a great learning experience to understand what goes on behind the scenes to do a high-quality live stream, and Will did a great job of working with us in delivering that, albeit with some teething issues on the day. Even though he was external to the organising team, it felt like he was part of our team right from the get-go. For anyone thinking of working with Will, I recommend bringing him in early and making clear, simple and streamlined requests so you get the best out of him and his high-quality equipment.
